Gecko (Overdrive) Brainstorm

In todays lesson we started discussing in further detail the locations, costumes and dance routine. We decided on the different outfits we'll be using in the music video. When were at Leake Street Gabi will be wearing all black so that she doesn't blend into the background. When we're doing the powder paint scene, Gabi will wear a bandeau which creates the appearance she is nude. We also decided that our dancers will wear denim to add to the 'garage' feel of the video. We also wanted to bring back 'double denim' as it was iconic in it's time, and its revival will interest a wider audience.

For the locations we decided to use the drama studios at school to do the powder paint scene and the club scene. Other locations include Camden, Brick Lane and Mile End skate park.
